About me

My name is Leslie and I have been working as an integrative psychotherapist since 2002 within various settings, including Hackney bereavement service, homeless charities, university counselling services as well as in private practice.

I aim to provide a safe, compassionate space for you to explore any issues you want to in confidence.

I draw on psychodynamic, existential and humanistic theories. But each person is unique and how I work with you will depend on your needs and what you want from our therapeutic relationship.

Whilst I am guided by you, I may ask you to explore your way of looking at the world, with the aim of unravelling unhelpful stuck patterns. If it seems appropriate we may also look at your past to see where self- defeating beliefs began, and how you might move on in a more positive manner.
